A word from the founder
My name is Frédérique Landro. I am a specialized educator and a certified coach. For over 20 years, I have supported young people, adults, and educational teams in their journeys of learning, growth, and transformation. To date, I have supported more than 400 young people in France and across the Caribbean.
My professional path has been shaped by experience in diverse educational and social settings, as well as by extensive travel. This has fostered a strong international outlook, enriched by my multilingual background and intercultural practice.
Since its creation in Guadeloupe, the Apogée Consulting Practice has been supporting pupils, students, and groups in their academic and personal development. Our personalized and dynamic approach enables each individual to unlock their potential and move forward with confidence.
