How does the support process work ?

1. Needs assessment

A phone or in-person meeting to clearly identify the client’s needs.

2. Preparation meetings

These may take place with and/or without project participants, depending on requirements.

3. Project implementation

The number of sessions and meetings is determined by the project’s characteristics. Progress checkpoints are conducted throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Closing and Review Meeting

This final meeting provides an overall assessment of the support provided, the tools acquired by both the group and the initiating organization, and a forward-looking perspective.
