How does a workshop work?

1. Needs assessment

A phone or in-person meeting to identify the client’s or organization’s needs.

2. Introductory Workshop

This first interaction with the group includes unconventional exercises designed to foster connection and mutual understanding. It also allows for a diagnostic assessment of the group in relation to the themes to be addressed.

3. Exploratory Workshops

Based on a tailor-made intervention program, selected themes are explored through a constant back-and-forth between practice (personal experiences, role-playing, situational exercises) and conceptualization (integration of theoretical and empirical concepts).

4. Closing Workshop

This final workshop may take various forms, indoors or outdoors, depending on opportunities and group configuration. The objective is to review the topics covered and gather participants’ feedback and impressions.
