Sessions are conducted one-on-one, either at the practice or outdoors, depending on your preference. This is dedicated time spent in a neutral, judgment-free, and supportive environment. After the initial meeting, sessions become exploratory in nature, allowing you to (re)discover yourself—while remaining the captain of your own efforts.

It is recommended to allow a 10- to 20-day interval between sessions, giving your unconscious mind time to cultivate and integrate the work internally. Your wallet will thank you as well.

1. Needs Assessment

3. Exploratory Sessions

4. Closing Session

This final session provides an overall review of the coaching journey, the tools acquired, and a forward-looking projection into the future.
